    Parts of the tricity sit close enough to the water table that hydrostatic pressure pushes water through construction joints. Interior tanking alone will not hold — the joint needs treating first.

    Slabs move between 45°C summers and near-freezing winter nights. Rigid coatings crack at that range; we specify systems with the elongation to absorb it.

    We walk the property with moisture meters, and a borescope where needed, tracing the leak to its entry point rather than its stain.

  2. 1–2 days

    Assessment

    Findings written up with photographs: substrate condition, water table notes, and which systems are viable for your build.

  3. Within 48 hrs

    Proposal

    A fixed, itemised quote — scope, materials, coat count, timeline and warranty terms on a single page you can compare.

  4. 2–10 days

    Execution

    Surface preparation, crack treatment, priming, then membrane application in full coats with cure times respected between each.

  5. Before handover

    Quality Check

    Wet-film thickness readings, flood testing on horizontal areas, and a joint walkthrough before the equipment leaves site.

  6. Up to 10 years

    Warranty

    You receive the signed warranty document, product data sheets, and a maintenance sheet for keeping the cover valid.
